DORA Construction is currently seeking an experienced FINANCE OFFICER** to help the company with internal financing and also develop Asian market. This role will report directly to the CFO of DORA Construction Limited and will be responsible to:
Advise and participate in our finance activities, including drafting and finalizing contracts with our contractors and suppliers, discussing and determining the best bidding strategies with our construction estimators
Prepare risk profiles of our projects to inform our management team and stakeholders
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts for projects.
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
Prepare financial analysis and forecast for projects, be able to confidently present it to management team and potential investors
Assist in the preparationof the yearly budget and quarterly forecasting and analysis
Qualification and Skills:**
Minimum 2years of work experience in a finance or accounting position
Strong organizational, time management and financial analysis skill
Able to work independently or as a team member
Fluent in Chinese would be an asset (Listening, Speaking, Reading and writing)
Possess financing channel and resource would be an asset
