Education requirement

· Post-Secondary certificate/diploma/degree or equivalent specialized culinary course

Language requirement:

· Basic English

· Fast-paced fast-food environment; Standing for extended periods
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Physical endurance to stand for entire shift
· Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
· Previous experience as cook or relevant work experience

Skills/Job Duties employer usually used:

· Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

· Coordinate in preparation, cooking, garnished and presentation of food

· Steam bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables and other ingredients.

· Prepares any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins

· Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference

· Adjusts food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns

· Seasons food according to recipes or company needs

· Orders new menu items for specials or cheap deals

· Keeps records and accounts of food purchases

· Ability to keep up and work in fast paced fast food franchise work environment
