Retired Federal Public Servant seeking an apartment in Dartmouth or Halifax on a bus route. I am looking for either ground floor or in a building with elevator. I live on a fixed income so I can pay up to and including 1300.00 with heat and hot water included. I have some health issues so require an extra bedroom for overnight care provider periodic to use. Current Landlord can give references, I have lived in the same place for 5 years. No Pets.I am a smoker but smoke outside.
